What about all your data:

We ensure that your data is backed up, checked and if necessary cleaned and restored.  If we can't access the hard drive you are notified prior to finalizing the job.

Windows won't start and I can't access my data!

We use various techniques that can in certain circumstances recover lost data even when you have reformatted or wiped your hard drive. Don't be fooled your data is not completely wiped!

What will actually get rebuilt?

The Windows Operating System, restored original hardware drivers and core applications licensed by the client.

What does rebuilding do?

Completely cleans out your system of any old files and programs, and allows your computer to use it's resources more efficiently.  This in turn greatly SPEEDS UP your computer. 

What about antivirus?

We ensure data is virus scanned and cleaned prior to being restored back on your machien.  If you have purchased a license for "The Shield Deluxe 2011" then we will install the scanner during your rebuild.

OK how much is all that going to cost?

$100.00

We don't beat around the bush and do pointless re-installs.  Once you get your machine back, we will have saved a copy of the machines state as it was returned to you, that way if anything ever goes wrong, we can restore the machine to that state and your back up and running without having to wait that initial period.

We also offer support and maintenance contracts based on individual client requirements.
